Hi , i bought a pair of shoes , about 2 weeks ago the seller gave me this number of tracking : RO631756670CN and in the last two weeks the package and it says China Post has not received the parcel , is there any problem with my package? , should i open dispute?

"China Post has not received the parcel " means your seller did not ship anything , he gave you fake number.
