Good morning I would like your support with the following shipment of chinapost to Peru made the shipment on June 5 and so far not moved ah in tracking

I would like to know what happened to the package where it is and how much more I have to wait to receive it.
It is the first time that I make a purchase and I expect a shipment I do not need to do more

EA276582173CN is EMS parcel. Normally EMS will arrive Peru in 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel seems to be lost. You should open dispute to seller for refund.

The seller tells me that the order is in chinapost due to problems that the mail had the previous days, I would like to clarify if that is true or just tricked me some other solution?
