I need help, i have many tracking number that stop in Beijin Airport, i talk with the seler but the said me that i contact china pos, is it ok or what?

Stuck in Beijing airport for 2 to 4 weeks is quite normal. If freezing time over 4 weeks and your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to seller. China Post does not deal with receiver directly.

I call to serpost and see by the home page and nothing, my tracking no logged in ; i hve two tracking that expired and the others said left beijin airport and no more, them when are my packages ?

if paid with PayPal have only 45 days to make the controversy with them for the return of their money.
they have insurance purchases.
