Post My parcel is stuck for a while

I bought a sneaker, arround November 30th, on iOffer.
It was shipped, and received on the post office on December 3rd, and I got the update on the tracking site. On December 5th, I got another update, it says “Departure export customs”. However, it’s the last update that I got. My parcel is stuck? What should I do?

This is normal, the tracking can't be updated again until your parcel reaches Brazil and is scanned.

Unfortunately, all mail to Brazil is super super slow, 60-120 days. It can take a month or more just for a parcel to clear customs.
