Hello, I have two packages that I bought at the beginning of August and we are now in mid october, i used the 17track page and says status expired, can you pls help me to know if the packages are a lost cause?

1. Normally those type of parcel are deliver between 30 to 60 days. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

2. You will need to make some sort of arrangement with the seller since possibly you don't have buyer protection that long.

3. Your parcels might be lost or misplace.
