I bought some items from Banggood, and they used China Post to send them, the tracking number is RG825799212CN, so this is NOT an UD number, so it SHOULDN'T be a low value item, or one of those things that china post throw somewhere and never update the tracking, so i haven't known about this package in a month, i kept waiting but banggood doesn't tell me anything, what's worse is that Chinapost constantly keep losing packages and what not, why is the service so UNRELIABLE? if Chinapost is experiencing capacity problems they shouldn't keep receiving packages till they deliver those that they already got, otherwise it's a scam, i wanna know where my package is and when would i find out!. According to your estimate times the maximum time for a package to arrive to peru is 68 days, i FAIL to see how that equals 12 weeks, besides 4 weeks have already passed. BESIDES even if the package has been handled from chinapost to a third party, the contract that binds the services mandates that the tracking number should be updated in each step towards my country that's why it's called a TRACKING number, so Chinapost MUST have contracts with the airlines that pick up the packages and drop them to other third parties, that mandate them to update the tracking number, this is how other shipping services like singapore post, PostNL etc. work, and as far as i know there's a consensus thru the postal services international association, so chinapost cant excuse itself from fulfilling the terms and conditions of the contract with the sender and international law!
