Hello. My tracking number is LX043049553CN and as you can see it hasn´t moved for almost a full month. The estimate arrival says it takes from 12 to 20 days to ship Mexico. How long will I have to wait until something happen on the guide I was given? Should I reply a full refund or wait for a little more? Did it stop in the US or is it now in México?

your parcel is delayed in Beijing. If your buyer protection is not expiring soon, I suggest you keep waiting 10 to 20 more days. Otherwise open dispute for refund.

Why is it so slow? Do you really think my buyer ship my parcel?

P.D. I'll wait up to 10 days. Hope it takes no more than that.

The tracking number does give results, so at least you know they sent you something. :)

The volume of parcels over the holidays was the highest ever, I think this has overwhelmed both China Post and postal services in countries all over the world. It certainly seems slower this year than in any other year so far.
