My Tracking no. is No.LZ506902554CN and i get these results when i track my order:

2018-07-03 16:28:00 China EMS Ltd. 湖北省Corp 跨境电商中collected (collector::李根,Phone :)
2018-07-03 17:01:08 left China EMS Ltd. 湖北省Corp 跨境电商中 going to international 部EMS
2018-07-27 13:29:38 customs release
2018-07-31 09:35:09 international 部EMS arrange delivery ,预计13:00:00前delivery (delivery 员姓名:汪杰;Phone :13886185806)
2018-07-31 09:39:07 return delivered

Can you please explain what does "return delivered" means? is there any problem? and where is my package right now? thank you!

"return delivered" means the parcel was returned to shipper. you can not get this parcel anymore.

you can not do anything to get back the parcel. The only thing you can do is to open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon/WISH(whichever you paid money to) and claim refund.
