Hello

I ordered an item from Aliexpress 9 weeks ago. however the tracking information is not available, only know that the item as mailed since 11/04/2017. Please help me My ePacket tracking number is RS575353138CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php only result "electronics data received". This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything. You should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund against fraud shipment.

Hi Friends,
I bought a goods by EBAY on 2017-jun-04 and the seller informed me this tracking number 31809030647. I can see in the http://track-chinapost.com that last step of shipping was on 2017-06-11 20:50:17.0 (计划going to next airport/seaport). Please, could you clarify me about this shipping and where my parcel is. My parcel has already arrived at Brazil ? When I will receive my parcel ? Tks

the 11 digit tracking number like 31809030647 is called china post ordinary parcel. This is cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. So you can not know where it is, you can not know if it has arrived Brazil either.

Based on our user report, such parcel normally will take about 40 to 90 days to reach Brazil. So you should get it by end of August. If not , open dispute to ebay for refund.
