http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ974579618CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Mexico on Oct 31.

Now is rush season. Shipping time to Mexico might take 4 weeks. You need wait some more time to see new status.
