http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Mexico on May 25. Mexico Post website shows the parcel now is in following location:
Administración Postal Cancún Centro, Q. Roo., Recepción en Oficina de Correos

you should contact your local post office and pickup the parcel asap.
