http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RM947421181CN is looping in Beijing airport. It should have some problem to catch airline space in Beijing. Not sure the delay reason, you need wait some more time.

Thanks for the answer.
So according what I can understand with track history my package has been in Beijing since 11-02-2018 almost a month.
Is there any hope for me or should I give up?

if your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend protection and keep waiting. If seller does not response, open dispute for refund.

Finally for order RM947421181CN I was scammed. I received an empty small box.
For future orders How can I know weight and dimensions?

you can not know weight and dimensions. the only thing you can do is stop buying from these no name website, read following:
