Can you please help me tracking the package #RQ903019924CN. I want to know where it is.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was rejected by shanghai customs and returned to shipper. Not sure the reject reason. You should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for non-arrival order refund.
