if your parcel is over 2 kg, CP341915854CN might go through sea(surface parcel), this might take half year to reach Chile.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china on April 26. If the parcel is over 2 kg, it will go through sea. This means your parcel is possible to arrive, but you might wait to get the parcel by end of Oct 2017. Also please noted sea parcel has high lost rate， the arrival is not 100% guaranteed.

if you purchased from aliexpress/ebay/amazon, and you can not get the parcel in 45 days, you should open dispute for non-arrival order before buyer protection is expiring.
