Can you please help me to understand where is my order LS001289031CN. The destination is US.
This is the track history I see in the USPS site:

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

There are no updates since Oct 20, I am seriously worried. I don't know if my package is lost, or something. The seller doesn't know where is it neither.

Please help!

LS001289031CN left china for JFK airport in NY on Oct 20. New York customs clearance is very very slow these days. You might need wait extra 2 to 4 weeks.

Thanks for your answer! I contacted USPS site in US on Oct 30, they told me my package is still in customs China. Is possible they cannot realize that my package is already at customs in US? Why they don't know it already arrived to US.?

I mean are you sure it is slready at United States?

Hello, I'm new to ordering from China and new to using China post.
I ordered shoes from a seller on Dhgate last week.
The seller gave me this tracking # LS150944650CN
When I tried to track it it showed info from a package from 2 years ago.
My guess is that this should never happen and the seller is bad.
Do you agree?
