Hi, i ordered a map from dudes gadget web page, I don´t know anymore if that website is reliable or not, but I have the tracking number LX377184808CN but when I use the tracking system, it only says "package recieved by post office" and hasn´t moved from there in two months. It was supposed to arrive from three to four weeks, and every time I email dudes gadget they say it´s arriving next week, but it never does. Do you think my parcel is lost? should I ask for a refound? I really want what i ordered so I don´t know what to do :(

LX377184808CN was shipped in Jun. Normally it should arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. I believe the parcel should be lost.
