I need help locating my package. My tracking number is LZ838791274CN.

Does it usually take this long? I've had no news since October 24th.

Correos Mexico website shows the parcel arrived Mexico on Oct 24. You need contact Mexico local post office and inquiry delivery detail. If they can not find the parcel, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
