Hi my package I asked for more than the maximum date to arrive in Colombia and since 2017-05-20 he has not given me more news of him and I do not know what to do my guide number is RS615097510CN please help me it is urgent

shipping time to South America sometimes will suffer some delay due to airline shortage. I suggest you wait 2 more weeks, if you can not get the parcel by end of June or buyer protection is expiring, open dispute to seller for refund.
