Hello,

I bought something online, shipping to mexico at the beginning of November and my package hasn't arrived yet. The last update is from Nov 2nd

The tracking nr. is LX563911608CN.

Local date/time Activity Location
2017/11/2 18:28 Received by Post Office 322005 (Jinhua)

Do you know who do I have to contact for help??

I suggest you open dispute for lost parcel. Normally ePacket parcel to Mexico should arrive within 2 to 4 weeks.

Ok, thanks for your response,
But the website where I bought if from, just gave me the refund for the product, and told me I can keep the package as a gift, so I was just wondering there's a way I can contact the shipping company, because the website is no longer responsible for the product.

So you got the money back and you also needs the goods? The money refund to you is for lost parcel.

too many parcels were shipped during Nov and Dec. Airline has no space to ship all these parcel in short time. You need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get these parcel in Jamaica.
