Hi, I am from Guatemala and recently I purchased one article on Aliexpress. The seller marked the item like mailed on July 30th, and he posted the tracking number RH383398507CN. Since then I checked the status on tracking pages but they only display this status "Electronic information has been received". Thank in advance.

"Electronic information has been received" means seller applied a tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything. you should open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
