Make a purchase with promise that you would receive with final date 15/06/17. When I consult the search engines, I figure it's in "Guangzhou互换局】Export security scanChina Post". The tracking code that pass me is 89272181926. The purchase was on 03/05/17.
It has not yet arrived, and I understand that I can not trace it in my country either (Argentina).
You can see something more than I do not see?

the 11-digit pure numeric number is called china post ordinary parcel. This is a cheap service, China Post will not pay labor cost to update its status after it left first post office. So you can not know current location.

Normally such parcel will arrive destination in 30 to 100 days depending on destination distance from china. you need some patient.
