Peru Post(serpost) website shows the parcel arrived Peru on Jan 5 but it has delivery problem(ENVÍO EN TRÁNSITO HACIA LA ADMINISTRACION - NO DISPONIBLE PARA ENTREGA)

You need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel asap.
