make a purchase on December 30, 2018 and today I have not received the product, the tracking with the order number RP151064303CN, tells me that it was sent to the airline on January 10, 2019, but does not inrform anything else.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP151064303CN shows the number was sent to airline on Jan 10.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. From China to Colombia , parcel will keep travel another 5 to 12 weeks to reach receiver.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Colombia Post(4-72) will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
