El 10/11/2019 (hace 48 horas), hice una compra a Cathy.go
Hoy recibí un mail donde me informan que mi pedido está en camino, y me suministran el Número para hacer el tracking del envío.
RV235864311CN
Al ingresarlo, la respuesta de la página es que no hay un envío registrado bajo ese número.
Agradeceré me informen qué pasos debo seguir

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV235864311CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
