This packages left China a month ago via airline.
How long it take for a package to be reported as given to Colombian Customs?

Is it normal for a package to take a month between airports?
Or is it normal that nor the airline or customs report the change of custody?

Do I need to start a dispute?

shipping time to Colombia can take 30 to 90 days. your parcels are in normal time frame, no need worry at this moment.
