I´m from Mexico City, and I made a order from 3rd Shop in 2017-02-05 at 09:57, with this #RJ011194245CN and my tracking number is #2304 but in your page I cannot found my order, there is another order with this number but the info is old (from 2015), can you share me more info pls?

(the product is a Chiffon Lace Sexy Maxi Dress - light blue / M)

RJ011194245CN is on the way. you need wait about another 2 to 6 weeks to get it.

Hello, since 2017-02-14 22:41:22.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport, there is no update and want to know where is my order. Do you have any info?

based on my experience, the parcel should have left china. status will not update when parcel is outside china(none scan it for China Post).

Since leaving china is the first stage of the trip, the parcel will travel through many countries' airports and sorting center, you need wait another 10 to 20 days to get the goods.
