A order was bought from China and sent to Israel, and held by Israeli customs. It was returned to China by their side. There were some details of these Tracking number . But now there is no information .. How can you know if returned and received by the seller !!!

You can't, but for the purposes of claiming a refund, you shouldn't need to. The important thing is that you didn't get it, not that the seller didn't get it back.
