Asking for an explanation of what happened to my shipment.

the parcel seems to have difficulty to get airline space to your country. You probably need wait some more days.

Your parcel is still in airline warehouse waiting for shipping space. Too many parcels were shipped during Nov and Dec, airline has not enough space to ship them in short time. You need wait another 1 to 2 weeks.

Thank you. Unfortunately I really did not get it because my other shipments were sent the same method and at the same time already arrived ..
