Hello, I was just wondering why my package : RO044982378CN, to Israel hasn't been updated in ~20 days.
Has my package even left China yet?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel never left original city Hefei(合肥）. It should have problem to pass safety or customs check, otherwise it should have been transit to Beijing to Shanghai long time ago.

I suggest you wait one more week and track again, if it still stuck in Hefei, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
