2. Have you contact seller about your parcel not being delivered. If in 5 days you have not receive the parcel, then tell seller you will open a dispute to get your money back. I hope you still have buyer protection for this parcel.

1. Yes and no, since there is no tracking of the parcel, nobody knows were the parcel is right now. Is it still in the bottom of a mail bag, was it damage, is it at the Israeli Customs Office getting clear and the tracking number not enter into the Israeli system. Did somebody stole the parcel. Was the mail bag left in the warehouse before the Aircraft departed because there was no more room on the Aircraft. Has it arrive in Israel and the mail bag is in the warehouse.

2. I guess what I'm trying to say to you, your guess is good as mine. The only person that could find out of the whereabouts of the parcel would be the seller by asking China Post to investigate.

3. Also you have to understand that the parcel is a registered parcel, so basically it has to be follow all the way till it reach the destination plus a signature is required for the parcel.
