Hi,
My package was sent on Nov 16th, 49 days ago. Tracking no. RH324939087CN show no information since Nov 24th.

What should I do? is it insured?

1. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel or if you can open a dispute for non reception of parcel. I think you waited long enough for your parcel.
