Post where is my order?

it has been more then 30 days (!!)
the seller said that to israel it takes a little bit longer
can someone help me? since the 25th to september its on the same status, please help me, thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB703485673CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Israel on Sep 25.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Israel Post system(possibly airline warehouse in some Europe city). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until Israel Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Israel Post website will show its new status with Israel location.

but my no. track isnt EB703485673CN!

sorry. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO175962036CN was shipped on Sep 19. You should get it by end of Oct.
