in the tracking site it shows there was attempt delivery that failed twice, but in both times i was home and no carrier came.
how can I contact epacket or the carrier?

I have been trying to trace my parcel RH922672475CN. Since September-20 -2017 the only update I can see is September 24-2017. The sender only could send me a new tracking number RH922913035CN that is also have no updates,, I have called my local post and grossist but they have not received it. They told me to contact Outward office that this where my parcel stacks,,, Do you have any updates for me please? PLEASE!!

Thanks you! But what does this really means?? The link you tell me can not provide new updates. since september-24-2017, the trucking ids seems to stuck. Does my parcel got lost??

What should I do now?

After parcel left china , there will be no update. You need patiently wait about 2 to 6 weeks to get your parcel.
